Pick a target group: click the isolate icon in the header, or use Select Group….
Edit membership: click cells in the group column to add/remove members.
Export: click the download icon in the group header to save the updated membership CSV.
Upload back: Admin Portal → Users → Groups → Edit group → Manage Users → Upload data from file → Replace.
Full Instructions
1) Generate the Membership Table
Log into your Admin Portal.
Go to Users → List.
Click Download CSV to export users.csv.
In this tool: click Choose File, select your CSV, then click Generate Table.
Columns show group membership (groups with >1 member). You can create a new empty group with Add Group….
2) Isolate the Target Group
Click the Isolate icon next to a group name, or
Use Select Group… to isolate a group from a list.
3) Sorting
Group headers: members first, non-members second; both sorted by last name.
Name/Phone/Email headers: sorts the full table alphanumerically.
4) Filtering & Searching
Search filters rows by any text (name, phone, email, etc.).
Filter Tags… supports AND/OR logic and multi-select values (includes State/Zip/Country/Channels and tag columns after the first Status column).
5) Edit Membership
Click a cell under a group header to add/remove that member.
Edited groups highlight in red. Use the undo icon to revert a group.
6) Export Updated Membership List
Click the group’s Download icon to export its membership CSV.
7) Upload Updated Group Membership
Admin Portal → Users → Groups.
Edit your target group → Manage Users → Proceed.
Select Upload data from file and choose the CSV you exported.
Selected row contains column headers: Yes.
First_Name: Ignore. Last_Name: Ignore.
Review → Continue → Replace → Proceed.
8) Verify
Users → List → filter by the group to confirm membership.
Potential group combinations detected (0).Group combinations reviewed — no action needed.
Select a group to isolate
Choose a group to focus on. This is the same as clicking the isolate button in that group’s column header.

Pick any combination of values under one or more tags.

Use this when a group name contains a comma and was split into two columns. The rule will auto-combine
the same adjacent pair next time you load a CSV here.
